She thinks of Bear at least once a day. At least. . .usually much more than that. Even though she hasn't spoken to him on IM in almost a year(she can't believe its coming up on a year already), she still checks at least once a day to see if he's online, and using what screen name. She guesses what it might mean, that he's using this or that screen name. Sometimes, when she's feeling particularly unrealistic, she thinks that he's somehow sending her a signal, to let her know that he's changed his mind, and he wants to try out loving her.
And then she thinks better of it.

That is so sad, your blog post about Bear! I have been in the same situation, or similar, with the online thing.
That post date was March 2006. Did you ever get back with Bear? Or did you change your mind, or forget about him or get over him?
Whatever the case may be, I hope you are happier now.
